2. The services

• Free Snapshot - a limited analysis of a submitted freelancer profile URL, delivered in browser
• Full AI Rewrite - a one-time paid digital service that generates AI-assisted profile improvement suggestions and rewrite outputs
• Human Rewrite - a one-time paid manual review and rewrite service delivered by a human reviewer within 48 hours from payment

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use the service only if you can form a binding contract under applicable law.

You agree not to:

• submit profile URLs or content you do not have the right to use, where such use would violate law or third-party rights
• misuse, test, overload, scrape, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attack the website or service
• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or misleading purposes
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our written permission

4. No account access

We do not ask for your Upwork password or account login credentials. You must not send us such credentials.

5. Nature of the outputs

The service generates analysis, recommendations, and draft rewrite content intended for informational and productivity purposes. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any generated or delivered content. We do not guarantee that using the service will result in more profile views, invitations, proposals, interviews, jobs, earnings, or any specific commercial outcome.

6. Orders and pricing

Prices shown on the website are the prices applicable at the time of purchase unless an obvious error has occurred. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, bank charges, currency conversion fees, or similar charges applied by your payment provider unless local law requires otherwise.

7. Payment

Payments are processed through PayPal or other listed payment methods. An order is considered placed when you complete the payment flow and receive confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, abuse, compliance concerns, or obvious pricing errors.

8. Delivery

• Free Snapshot is generally delivered immediately in the browser.
• Full AI Rewrite is generally delivered immediately after successful payment.
• Human Rewrite is generally delivered within 48 hours from payment.

Delivery times are estimates unless otherwise required by law.

9. Right of withdrawal and digital content notice

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts, those rights may apply unless an exception applies. For Full AI Rewrite, which is a digital service delivered immediately, you expressly request immediate performance at checkout. Where allowed by applicable law, your right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins. Any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, layout, software, and service materials are owned by or licensed to us, except third-party materials and user-submitted or publicly available profile content analyzed at your request. Subject to these Terms and your completed purchase, you may use delivered rewrite outputs for your own profile and business use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, resell, or create competing services from our website or service materials without permission.

12. Third-party services

The service may integrate with or rely on third-party providers such as hosting, analytics, AI infrastructure, and payment services. We are not responsible for third-party systems or policies.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with all devices, or any specific business result. We do not warrant that any recommendation or rewrite will be accepted by any third-party platform or lead to a particular outcome.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLP "DilyaSoft" will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunities. Our total liability arising out of or relating to a paid order will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LLP "DilyaSoft" from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for services purchased from Profile Analyzer Tool. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. General rule

Because our services are digital and may be delivered immediately or started quickly after payment, refunds are handled differently depending on the service purchased.

2. Free Snapshot

Free Snapshot is free of charge. No refund applies.

3. Full AI Rewrite

Full AI Rewrite is a one-time digital service delivered immediately after purchase. Because delivery begins immediately, refunds are generally not available once the service has been delivered, except:

• where required by applicable consumer law
• where you were charged but did not receive the service due to a technical failure on our side and we cannot provide the service within a reasonable time
• where duplicate payment or obvious billing error occurred

If you believe there was a technical failure or billing error, contact support@upworkprofileanalyzer.com within 7 days of purchase and include your order details.

4. Human Rewrite

Human Rewrite is a manually delivered service.

Refund rules:

• before work has started: refund may be available upon written request
• after work has materially started but before delivery: a partial refund may be offered at our discretion or where required by law, taking into account work already performed
• after delivery: refunds are generally not available, but if the delivered service materially does not match the purchased service, contact us and we will review the case in good faith

If one revision is included in your package, we may ask you to use the included revision process before a refund request is reviewed.

5. Non-refundable situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

• change of mind after Full AI Rewrite has been delivered
• dissatisfaction based solely on preference where the purchased service was provided as described
• failure to use or copy delivered output after delivery
• delays caused by missing information or lack of response from you in Human Rewrite cases
• issues caused by third-party platform rules, third-party service outages, or changes outside our control, unless local law says otherwise

6. Duplicate charges and billing errors

If you were charged more than once for the same order or charged incorrectly, contact support@upworkprofileanalyzer.com and we will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@upworkprofileanalyzer.com. We will try to resolve the issue promptly. Filing an unjustified chargeback after proper delivery may result in suspension of service access and dispute defense using available order, access, and delivery records.

8. How to request a refund

• order or transaction ID
• reason for the request

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the order and review the request.
